Spinning takes group fitness to another level. These days, spin studios are turning out the lights, turning up the music and having a dance party on the bike. Kristina Spellman (@kspellman), instructor at Reform Pilates and Spin, is a pro at leading her students through the tough workout and simulated hills – all while pedaling to the beats she creates through her Spotify playlists.


We asked her to dedicate a playlist to Stelari and she made us a mix to Find Your Sasha Fierce… Get Some Attitude!


“Taking a note out of the Queen B's (Beyonce) playbook, this playlist is inspired by the music, the beats in the songs that pulls you in finding something or someone deep in you to push you harder, to pedal faster, to not let go,” says Kristina. “These songs give me more attitude, which drives me to get gritty and ride my heart out! 


Dig deep and dance hard when the songs “Girls Like", "Go!", and "Money" play. Find your inner toughness - the person who doesn't give up and who pushes harder than you think you can.


With each song, Kristina gives us a drill you can try for your ride. Jump in the saddle and let your legs fly.
