Katie shares the secrets to finding her truth in our Find Your Rhythm profile:

What is the first thing you do when you wake up?

On a good day - the first thing I do is look out the window and say, “I love you Nature, and dang, I'm glad to be alive and walk this earth.” Then I do the basic Ayurvedic daily routine.

How would you describe your personal style?

I’m southern belle meets boho chic. I can also pull off Sporty Spice and high level sexy.

Where is your favorite place to go to connect with nature and why?

I love being in the ocean. Maya Tulum is pretty special. The woods in Virginia make me feel safe and loved. I try to be in nature daily, walking and praying.

What activity stirs your creativity most?

Being with other people who are on fire for their career and for their own spiritual evolution. I also get jazzed up on green tea.

What makes you feel the most connected with people?

That moment when we all just take off our F*@^ing masks and get real. Crying tears of sadness until they turn into laughter and joy. Touch. Silent hikes. Deep thoughts on the meaning and preciousness of this life.

How do you stay healthy?

It’s a daily routine thing. I am really committed to my daily non-negotiables of meditation and absolutely loving my work in the world.

What does success mean to you?

Success is knowing that everyday I'm getting a little clearer on the fact that life is a sacred gift from the Divine. The extent to which I can FEEL that in my being is the extent to which I'm successfully aligning with truth. Life is hard. But it's always a gift. A precious gem.

What is the last thing you do before you go to bed?

Breathe into my whole body and unravel any tension. I also read a lot of spiritual texts that remind me of the purpose of my life.

What is your must-have Stelari item?

I love the whole The Earth's Song collection. How awesome to have clothing that reminds us who our real teacher is - Mama Nature.

You too can find the rhythm Katie dances to... it's just beyond your front door.
